यूपी सरकार किसानों की आय बढ़ाने के लिए एक नई नीति लाने जा रही है। यूपी में गन्ने की खोई, धान की भूसी और गेहूं के भूसे से विमान का ईंधन बनाने के लिए औद्योगिक इकाइयां स्थापित होंगी।
इसका सीधा लाभ प्रदेश के लगभग 2.5 करोड़ किसानों को मिलेगा। इन्वेस्ट यूपी ने बायो जेट फ्यूल (एसएएफ) के विनिर्माण में अवसरों की तलाश के लिए होटल ताज में एक उच्चस्तरीय गोलमेज सम्मेलन किया।
इसमें यूपी सस्टेनेबल एविएशन फ्यूल (एसएएफ) विनिर्माण प्रोत्साहन नीति-2025 को प्रस्तुत किया गया। उस पर व्यापक विचार-विमर्श हुआ। हरित ऊर्जा क्षेत्र की संभावनाएं तलाशी गईं। सम्मेलन में प्रमुख निवेशक, उद्योग जगत के प्रतिनिधि और नीति विशेषज्ञ शामिल हुए।
मुख्य सचिव मनोज कुमार सिंह की अध्यक्षता में हुई इस बैठक में प्रस्तावित एसएएफ नीति के बारे में बताया गया। देश में अपनी तरह की यह पहली नीति होगी। मुख्य सचिव ने प्रस्तावित नीति में शामिल प्रोत्साहनों, सुविधाओं और नीतियों को रेखांकित किया। यहां की समृद्धकृषि संपदा, सुदृढ़ बुनियादी ढांचे और औद्योगिक नीतियों को एक प्रमुख उत्पादन केंद्र बनाने में सहायक बताया।
बैठक में बताया गया कि एसएएफ उद्योगो की स्थापना के बाद राज्य के किसानों को इसका सीधा लाभ मिलेगा। इसमें गन्ने की खोई, धान की भूसी, गेहूं का भूसा और अधिशेष अनाज की मांग किसानों के लिए नए बाजार अवसर पैदा करेगी। स्थानीय कृषि क्षेत्रों से सीधे कच्चा माल खरीदने से यह क्षेत्र ग्रामीण आय को बढ़ाने और बेहतर मूल्य दिलाने में मददगार होगा।
मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि यह नीति न केवल हमारे हरित ऊर्जा क्षेत्र में तेजी लाती है, बल्कि यह भी सुनिश्चित करती है कि हमारे किसानों को इसका लाभ मिले। ताकि, उनके हाथों में अधिक पैसा आए और एक हरित भविष्य का निर्माण हो सके।
इन्वेस्ट यूपी के जरिये सस्टेनेबल एविएशन फ्यूल यानी बायो जेट फ्यूल के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश के विजन पर एक विस्तृत प्रस्तुति दी गई। भूमि की उपलब्धता, नीति निर्माण और व्यापार करने में आसानी जैसे प्रमुख मुद्दों पर बात की गई। निवेशकों ने भी महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव दिए, जिन्हें प्रस्तावित नीति में स्थान दिया जाएगा।
