प्रदेश में शिक्षक नौकरी में बने रहने और पदोन्नति के लिए गलत तथ्यों के आधार पर सीटीईटी करने की तैयारी में हैं। विभाग की ओर से ऐसे शिक्षकों को सीटीईटी-प्रथम परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति दी जा रही है। इससे शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति कानूनी दांव पेंच में फंस सकती है।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सभी सेवारत शिक्षकों को सेवा में बने रहने के लिए अनिवार्य रूप से 31 अगस्त 2028 तक टीईटी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने का आदेश किया है। इस आदेश के बाद शिक्षक बड़ी संख्या में शिक्षक विभाग से सीटीईटी प्रथम परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति ले रहे हैं। जो विभाग से अनुमति लेने के बाद परीक्षा के लिए सीबीएसई बोर्ड के पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर रहे हैं।
हैरानी की बात यह है कि सीटीईटी प्रथम के लिए दो वर्षीय डिप्लोमा या चार वर्षीय बीएलएड की डिग्री अनिवार्य है लेकिन 23 अगस्त 2010 से पहले नियुक्त शिक्षक बीएड हैं, जो परीक्षा में बैठने के लिए खुद को डीएलएड होना दर्शा रहे हैं। जिससे ऐसे शिक्षकों की मुश्किलें बढ़ सकती हैं। शिक्षा विभाग में 2016 में हुई शिक्षक भर्ती में भी इस तरह का फर्जीवाड़ा हो चुका है। जिसमें कुछ बीएड उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थियों ने पोर्टल में खुद को डीएलएड दर्शाए जाने के बाद सीटीईटी के प्रमाणपत्र के आधार पर विभाग में नियुक्ति पा ली थी।
