बदरीनाथ धाम की दूरी 33 किमी होगी कम, 2027 तक तैयार होगा हेलंग-मारवाड़ी बाईपास

ऑलवेदर रोड परियोजना के तहत निर्माणाधीन हेलंग-मारवाड़ी बाईपास मार्ग का कार्य तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है। करीब 6.5 किलोमीटर लंबे इस महत्वपूर्ण बाईपास के वर्ष 2027 तक पूरी तरह तैयार होने की उम्मीद है। इसके निर्माण के बाद बदरीनाथ धाम जाने वाले यात्रियों की करीब 33 किलोमीटर (आना-जाना) दूरी कम हो जाएगी। साथ ही ज्योतिर्मठ और मारवाड़ी के बीच अक्सर लगने वाले लंबे जाम से भी राहत मिलेगी।

जिलाधिकारी गौरव कुमार ने बताया कि परियोजना पर युद्धस्तर पर काम चल रहा है। इस पर मोटर पुल का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। निर्धारित समय के भीतर इसे पूरा करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। वर्तमान में मार्ग पर हिल कटिंग के साथ प्रथम चरण का डामरीकरण कार्य भी किया जा रहा है। अब तक लगभग पांच किलोमीटर क्षेत्र में पहाड़ी कटान का कार्य पूरा हो चुका है।

बाईपास मार्ग सामरिक दृष्टि से भी बेहद महत्वपूर्ण
हेलंग से शुरू होकर यह बाईपास ज्योतिर्मठ से 13 किलोमीटर पहले मारवाड़ी पुल तक पहुंचेगा। परियोजना के पूरा होने के बाद बदरीनाथ और हेमकुंड साहिब की यात्रा अधिक सुगम और सुरक्षित हो जाएगी।बीआरओ अधिकारियों के अनुसार, सड़क निर्माण के साथ डबल लेन डामरीकरण का कार्य किया जा रहा है।

वर्तमान में पहला डामर लेयर बिछाया जा रहा है, जबकि पूरी सड़क तैयार होने के बाद अंतिम डामरीकरण किया जाएगा। परियोजना के तहत एक बड़े और दो छोटे मोटर पुलों का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। इसके अलावा विभिन्न स्थानों पर कल्वर्ट बनाए जा रहे हैं ताकि बरसाती जल निकासी और सड़क की मजबूती सुनिश्चित की जा सके।

यह बाईपास मार्ग सामरिक दृष्टि से भी बेहद महत्वपूर्ण माना जा रहा है। चीन सीमा से सटे क्षेत्रों तक सेना के भारी वाहनों और सैन्य उपकरणों को पहुंचाने में भी बड़ी सुविधा मिलेगी। वर्तमान में हेलंग से ज्योतिर्मठ और मारवाड़ी तक हाईवे का हिस्सा अपेक्षाकृत संकरा है, जिससे सेना को भारी उपकरण सीमा तक पहुंचाने में कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ता है।

सेना के प्रस्ताव पर मिली थी मंजूरी
