मध्यप्रदेश इस वक्त कड़ाके की सर्दी की चपेट में है। खासतौर पर प्रदेश के पूर्वी हिस्से जबलपुर, रीवा, शहडोल और सागर संभाग में ठंड का असर इस सीजन में पहली बार इतना तीखा महसूस किया जा रहा है। हालात ऐसे हैं कि शहडोल जिले के कल्याणपुर में न्यूनतम तापमान 1.7 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक पहुंच गया, जो प्रदेश में इस सर्दी का अब तक का सबसे कम आंकड़ा है। मौसम विभाग का कहना है कि यह ठंड अभी थमने वाली नहीं है। बुधवार को भी प्रदेश में ऐसा ही मौसम बना रहेगा और न्यू ईयर सेलिब्रेशन भी कड़ाके की ठंड और घने कोहरे के बीच होगा।
