लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ की वन डिस्ट्रिक्ट वन प्रोडक्ट (ओडीओपी) योजना का असर लगातार दिख रहा है। अन्नदाता किसानों के लिए सीएम योगी के प्रयासों का ही नतीजा है कि योग गुरु स्वामी रामदेव बहराइच की हल्दी खरीदने के लिए आगे आए हैं। इसका इस्तेमाल वह आयुर्वेदिक दवाओं को बनाने में करेंगे।
बता दें कि बहराइच की हल्दी की गुणवत्ता काफी अच्छी होती है, इस कारण इसकी डिमांड भी काफी रहती है। यही वजह है कि योग गुरु की कंपनी और बहराइच के तीन एफपीओ के बीच एमओयू साइन किया गया है।
बहराइच की जिलाधिकारी मोनिका रानी ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ की मंशा के अनुरूप जिले के उत्पादों को विश्व स्तर पर पहचान दिलाने और अन्नदाता किसानों की आय बढ़ाने के लिए विभिन्न प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। इसके तहत बहराइच में 86 कृषक उत्पादक संगठन (एफपीओ) गठित किए गए हैं।
जिलाधिकारी ने बताया कि सीएम योगी के निर्देश पर हल्दी और अन्नदाताओं को उनकी फसल का उचित मूल्य दिलाने के लिए योग गुरु स्वामी रामदेव की कंपनी के साथ बहराइच की तीन एफपीओ के बीच एमओयू साइन किया गया है। यह एमओयू बहराइच की 3 एफपीओ प्रत्युष बायो एनर्जी फार्मर प्रोड्यूसर कंपनी लिमिटेड, वीरांगना लक्ष्मीबाई महिला किसान निर्माता कंपनी लिमिटेड और सीएससी राज किसान उत्पादक कंपनी लिमिटेड ने साइन किया है।
हरिद्वार में हुए एमओयू में योग गुरु स्वामी रामदेव, आचार्य बालकृष्ण, बहराइच जिलाधिकारी मोनिका रानी, उप कृषि निदेशक टीपी शाही, सीएससी राज किसान उत्पादक कंपनी लिमिटेड मिहींपुरवा के निदेशक अखिलेश सिंह आदि मौजूद रहे।
जिलाधिकारी मोनिका रानी ने बताया कि बहराइच का मिहींपुरवा क्षेत्र प्राकृतिक संसाधनों, उपजाऊ भूमि और अनुकूल जलवायु होने के कारण कृषि के लिए काफी उपयुक्त है। यही वजह है कि यहां हल्दी, जिमीकंद और हरी सब्जियों की काफी अधिक मात्रा में खेती की जाती है। इसे कई राज्यों के साथ ही प्रदेश के विभिन्न जिलों में भी भेजा जाता है। इसके बावजूद अन्नदाताओं को उनके उत्पाद का उचित मूल्य नहीं मिल पाता था। इसे देखते हुए अन्नदाताओं की आय बढ़ाने के लिए प्रति वर्ष 20 से 25 टन प्रति हेक्टेयर के हिसाब से लगभग 2000 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्रफल में 45-50 हजार टन हल्दी के विक्रय/विपणन स्वामी रामदेव की कंपनी से कराया गया है।
उप कृषि निदेशक टीपी शाही ने बताया कि एफपीओ के 1,880 पुरुष किसान तथा 975 महिला किसान हल्दी उत्पादन से जुड़े हैं। इसी तरह यहां 150 हेक्टेयर में जिमीकंद की खेती की जा रही है, जिसमें 30-35 टन प्रति हेक्टेयर में कुल 5,250 टन जिमीकंद का उत्पादन हो रहा है। स्थानीय और राष्ट्रीय बाजारों में इसकी मांग अधिक है। इसी प्रकार लगभग 600 हेक्टेयर से अधिक क्षेत्रफल में हरी सब्जियों की भी यहां खेती हो रही है।
