लखनऊ, 24 जनवरी। योगी सरकार की योजनाओं का लाभ किस तरह से समाज के अंतिम पायदान तक बैठे व्यक्ति तक पहुंच रहा है, इसकी झलक उत्तर प्रदेश के स्थापना दिवस के अवसर पर अवध शिल्प ग्राम में दिखाई दे रही है। 24 जनवरी से 26 जनवरी तक यहां आयोजित होने वाली प्रदर्शनी में प्रदेश सरकार के समाज कल्याण विभाग ने भी अपना स्टॉल लगाया है, जिसमे विभाग की योजनाओं की जानकारी दी जा रही है। प्रदेश भर के जरूरतमंद वरिष्ठजनों से लेकर युवाओं और कन्याओं को लाभ पहुंचाने के लिए समाज कल्याण विभाग कई योजनाएं संचालित कर रहा है। इनमें वृद्धावस्था पेंशन, राष्ट्रीय पारिवारिक लाभ योजना, वृद्धाश्रम योजना, मुख्यमंत्री सामूहिक विवाह योजना, अनुसूचित जाति अत्याचार उत्पीड़न सहायता योजना और छात्रवृति योजना शामिल है। वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-2024 में अब तक के आंकड़ों पर गौर करें तो प्रत्येक आयु वर्ग के लाभार्थियों ने इन योजनाओं का लाभ उठाया है। खास बात यह है कि तकनीक का प्रयोग कर पारदर्शिता के साथ न सिर्फ योजनाओं का संचालन किया जा रहा है, बल्कि अंतिम पायदान तक इसका लाभ दिलाने का प्रयास भी किया जा रहा है।
वृद्धजनों को डीबीटी के माध्यम से आधार बेस्ड पेमेंट
वर्तमान में वृद्धजनों के सम्मानजनक जीवनयापन के लिए 50.21 लाभार्थियों को वृद्धावस्था पेंशन का लाभ दिया जा रहा है। वृद्धजनों को आधार बेस्ड पेमेंट डीबीटी के माध्यम से किया गया। यही नहीं वृद्ध जनों के लिए हर जिले में वृद्धाश्रम खोले गए हैं। वर्तमान में प्रदेश में 75 वृद्धाश्रम हैं। वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 में 8000 वृद्धजनों को इस योजना का लाभ दिया जा रहा है। वृद्धाश्रम में प्रति वृद्ध संवासी हेतु नि:शुल्क आवास, भोजन, वस्त्र, औषधि, मनोरंजन, पर्सनल केयर की सामाग्री की पूर्ण सुविधा दी जा रही है।
20,000 आवेदकों को राष्ट्रीय पारिवारिक लाभ
वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 में 20,000 आवेदकों को योजना का लाभ दिलाया गया है। योजना के तहत एकमुश्त आर्थिक सहायता 30 हजार रुपए डीबीटी के माध्यम से सीधे लाभार्थी द्वारा उपलब्ध करवाए गए खातों में प्रेषित की जा रही है। साल-दर-साल मुख्यमंत्री सामूहिक विवाह योजना में आवेदकों की संख्या बढ़ रही है। पात्र योजना के प्रति जागरूक हो रहे हैं। वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 में प्रदेश भर में 44,000 जोड़ों का सामूहिक विवाह संपन्न हुआ है। राष्ट्रीय पारिवारिक लाभ योजना एवं मुख्यमंत्री सामूहिक विवाह योजना का नया पोर्टल विकसित किया गया है।
अनुसूचित जाति को मिल रहा न्याय
सीएम योगी की सरकार में अनुसूचित जाति के लोगों का विशेष ध्यान रखा जा रहा है। उनके खिलाफ होने वाले अपराधों के खिलाफ न सिर्फ दोषियों को कड़ी सजा दिलाई गई बल्कि पीड़ितों को आर्थिक राहत भी दी गई।अनुसूचित जाति अत्याचार उत्पीड़न सहायता योजना के तहत अपराध की प्रवृति के हिसाब से धनराशि पीड़ित परिवार को दी जाती है। प्रदेश में 14,536 लाभार्थियों को वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 में योजना का लाभ दिलाया गया है। इसी के साथ 1 अरब 32 करोड़ रुपए का व्यय हुआ है।
युवाओं को मिल रहा छात्रवृत्ति योजना का लाभ
छात्रवृत्ति योजना के तहत अनुसूचित जाति छात्रवृति योजना में सामान्य एवं अनुसूचित जाति के 5.76 लाख विद्यार्थियों ने पूर्व दशम एवं दशमोत्तर के 15.72 लाख विद्यार्थियों द्वारा आवेदन किया गया है। वहीं दशमोत्तर कक्षाओं में पढ़ रहे अनुसूचित जाति/ अनुसूचित जनजाति के छात्र 31 मार्च 2024 तक आवेदन कर सकेंगे। पात्र विद्यार्थियों को छात्रवृत्ति की धनराशि मार्च में खाते में भेज दी जाएगी।
