कई विभागों में नौकरियां, आठवीं पास को भी जॉब; बिहार कैबिनेट से वकीलों को तोहफा

मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार की समृद्धि यात्रा से पहले बिहार कैबिनेट की बड़ी बैठक हुई। कई विभागों में नौकरियां आईं। दरभंगा एयरपोर्ट की जमीन के मुआवजे से लेकर कई परियोजनाओं को पंख लगाने के भी फैसले हुए।

मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार की अध्यक्षता में मंगलवार को मंत्रिपरिषद की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित संपन्न हो गई। नए साल 2026 में यह नीतीश सरकार की पहली कैबिनेट बैठक हुई। सीएम नीतीश कुमार मुख्य सचिवालय के मंत्रिमंडल कक्ष में अपने मंत्रियों के साथ बैठक की। इसमें 41 प्रस्ताव पर सीएम नीतीश ने स्वीकृति दी। सीएम नीतीश कुमार नए साल पर जनता को बड़ा तोहफा दिया है। उन्होंने कृषि जल संसाधन विभाग, डेयरी, मत्स्य एवं पशु संसाधन विभाग, शिक्षा विभाग, विधि विभाग समेत कई विभाग में नए पदों के सृजन के प्रस्ताव पर मुहर लगा दी है।

बैठक में गया में प्रस्तावित इंटीग्रेटेड मैन्युफैक्चरिंग क्लस्टर (आईएमसी) परियोजना को निर्बाध और गुणवत्तापूर्ण बिजली आपूर्ति के लिए 220 केवी डीसी ट्रांसमिशन लाइन के निर्माण को मंजूरी दी गई है। इस योजना पर करीब 33.29 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होंगे। वहीं, दरभंगा एयरपोर्ट के पास लॉजिस्टिक पार्क और कार्गो हब के निर्माण के लिए चिन्हित 50.0004 एकड़ भूमि के अधिग्रहण को भी प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति दी गई है। इसके लिए 138.82 करोड़ रुपये की राशि तय की गई है। इसके अलावा, माननीय उच्च न्यायालय, पटना के लिए कोर्ट मैनेजर के पदों की स्वीकृति सहित कई अन्य प्रस्तावों को भी मंजूरी मिली है।

अधिवक्ताओं से लेकर जेल सुरक्षा तक के फैसले

कैबिनेट की बैठक में बिहार के विकास और प्रशासनिक सुधार से जुड़े कई महत्वपूर्ण प्रस्तावों को स्वीकृति दी गई। अधिवक्ताओं के कल्याण के लिए बिहार राज्य आकस्मिकता निधि से 30 करोड़ रुपये का अग्रिम देने को मंजूरी दी गई है। वहीं, पटना उच्च न्यायालय में चार विधि सहायकों के नए पद सृजित करने और 45 विधि लिपिकों का पदनाम बदलकर विधि सहायक करने का निर्णय लिया गया। तकनीकी शिक्षा को मजबूती देते हुए बगहा स्थित नए राजकीय पॉलिटेक्निक के लिए 106 पदों के सृजन को हरी झंडी दी गई। जेलों की सुरक्षा बढ़ाने के लिए राज्य की 53 काराओं में 9,073 नए सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाने और 8 काराओं में पुराने सिस्टम के एकीकरण को मंजूरी दी गई, जिस पर करीब 155 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होंगे। इसके अलावा, सात निश्चय-3 कार्यक्रमों की निगरानी का दायित्व बिहार विकास मिशन को सौंपा गया है। राजवंशीनगर और शास्त्रीनगर के पुनर्विकास के लिए मास्टर प्लान तैयार करने हेतु परामर्शी शुल्क को भी स्वीकृति दी गई।

16 जनवरी से सीएम निकलेंगे समृद्धि यात्रा पर

मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार 16 जनवरी से ‘समृद्धि यात्रा’ पर निकलने वाले हैं। यह यात्रा चार चरणों में संपन्न होगी। पहले चरण में मुख्यमंत्री 16 जनवरी को पश्चिमी चंपारण से दौरे की शुरुआत करेंगे। इसके बाद 17 जनवरी को पूर्वी चंपारण, 19 जनवरी को सीतामढ़ी और शिवहर, 20 जनवरी को गोपालगंज, 21 जनवरी को सिवान, 22 जनवरी को सारण, 23 जनवरी को मुजफ्फरपुर और 24 जनवरी को वैशाली जिले का दौरा करेंगे।

एक करोड़ नौकरी/रोजगार का लक्ष्य पूरा करने के लिए तीन नए विभागों का गठन को मंजूरी दी गई।

सरकार ने कर्मचारियों को बड़ी राहत देते हुए उनके महंगाई भत्ते में सीधे 5% की वृद्धि को मंजूरी दी।

रोजगार, औद्योगिक विकास और आधारभूत संरचना एजेंडों पर प्रस्तावों पर मुहर लगाई।

तीसरी कैबिनेट बैठक- 15 दिसंबर 2025

सीएम नीतीश कुमार ने अपने ड्रीम प्रोजेक्ट सात निश्चय योजना 3.0 को मंजूरी दी।

सात निश्चय-3 का पहला निश्चय ‘दोगुना रोजगार- दोगुनी आय’ रखा गया।

इसके अलावा उद्योग, कृषि, शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य पर भी फोकर रखा गया
