नई दिल्ली : पुलवामा आतंकी हमले के बाद कुछ जगहों पर लोगों के गुस्से का शिकार हुए कश्मीरी छात्रों को सुरक्षा देने के मामले पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में बुधवार को सुनवाई के दौरान केन्द्र सरकार ने कहा कि 22 फरवरी के आदेश के बाद हमले की कोई घटना नहीं हुई है। इस पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि तब इस मामले में अभी कोई दिशा-निर्देश देने की जरूरत नहीं है। कोर्ट ने 11 राज्य सरकारों को एक हफ्ते में जवाब दाखिल करने का निर्देश दिया है। पिछले 22 फरवरी को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केन्द्र सरकार और 11 राज्य सरकारों को नोटिस जारी करते हुए पूछा था कि कश्मीरियों और अल्पसंख्यकों पर हमले रोकने के लिए क्या कदम उठाए गए हैं? चीफ जस्टिस रंजन गोगोई की अध्यक्षता वाली बेंच ने भीड़ की हिंसा मामले के नोडल अफसरों को निर्देश दिया था कि वो कश्मीरियों को धमकी, हमले या बायकॉट के मामले पर कार्रवाई करें। कोर्ट ने कहा था कि उसके आदेश और सुरक्षा के इंतजाम का व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार हो।
कश्मीरी छात्रों की सुरक्षा के मसले पर केन्द्र के अलावा जिन राज्यों को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नोटिस जारी किया था उनमें उत्तर प्रदेश, उत्तराखंड, बिहार, पंजाब, हरियाणा, मेघालय, पश्चिम बंगाल, छत्तीसगढ़, महाराष्ट्र, दिल्ली और जम्मू-कश्मीर शामिल हैं। याचिका पर सुनवाई के दौरान अटार्नी जनरल केके वेणुगोपाल ने कहा था कि केन्द्र ने सभी राज्यों को एडवाइजरी जारी किया है। नोडल अधिकारियों की तैनाती की गई है। याचिका वरिष्ठ वकील कॉलिन गोंजाल्वेस ने दायर की है। याचिका में आरोप लगाया गया है कि पुलवामा आतंकी हमले के बाद कश्मीर घाटी के छात्रों पर देशभर के विभिन्न शैक्षिक संस्थानों में हमले की घटनाएं हो रही हैं। संबंधित प्राधिकारियों को इस प्रकार के हमले रोकने के लिए कदम उठाने चाहिए।
