जनप्रतिनिधियों के समन्वय से कराएं रोड रिस्टोरेशन और जलापूर्ति का काम : सीएम योगी

लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने जल जीवन मिशन के अंतर्गत हर घर नल से जल पहुंचाने की परियोजना के कार्यों की थर्ड पार्टी ऑडिट कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने कहा है कि हर परियोजना के लिए नोडल अधिकारी नियुक्त किए जाएं, जो स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों के साथ समन्वय बनाकर सभी काम समय से पूरा कराएं।

सोमवार को हर घर जल योजना की प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि जल जीवन मिशन जनहित से जुड़े इन कार्यों की गुणवत्ता से कोई समझौता नहीं होना चाहिए। जलापूर्ति के कार्यों के चलते खराब हुई सड़कों के रिस्टोरेशन का काम समय से कराया जाए और जनप्रतिनिधियों से भी आवश्यक मार्गदर्शन लिया जाए। इस आधार पर ही विभागीय अधिकारियों की जवाबदेही तय होगी।

उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि योजनाओं में क्वालिटी हर हाल में सुनिश्चित हो। इसका थर्ड पार्टी सत्यापन भी कराया जाए। साथ ही हर प्रोजेक्ट पर नोडल अधिकारी नियुक्त हों, जो कार्यों की क्वालिटी व समयबद्धता सुनिश्चित करे। जल जीवन मिशन के तहत परियोजना का उद्देश्य है कि लोगों को शुद्ध पेयजल प्राप्त हो, ऐसी सभी योजनाएं बिना रूकावट के अनवरत चलती रहनी चाहिए।

बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री ने बुंदेलखंड और विंध्य क्षेत्र सहित पूरे प्रदेश में जल जीवन मिशन के कार्यों के बारे में जानकारी ली।

मुख्यमंत्री योगी को जल जीवन मिशन के अंतर्गत सामुदायिक अंशदान के संबंध में अवगत कराया गया कि जल जीवन मिशन के तहत 40,951 योजनाएं स्वीकृत हैं। इनकी कुल कार्य लागत 1,52,521.82 करोड़ रुपये है। इसमें केंद्रांश 71,714.68 व राज्यांश 71,714.68 करोड़ रुपये है। इन विलेज इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर की लागत के सापेक्ष सामुदायिक अंशदान 9,092.42 करोड़ रुपये बनता है। अधिकांश योजनाओं को सोलर आधारित बनाए जाने के कारण कुल लागत में 13,344 करोड़ रुपये की वृद्धि हुई है। इसके सापेक्ष केंद्रांश के रूप में 6,338 करोड़ रुपये अतिरिक्त रूप से प्राप्त होगा। अनुरक्षण व संचालन मद में राज्य सरकार की योजना काल में लगभग एक लाख करोड़ रुपये की बचत होगी।

सीएम योगी को अवगत कराया गया कि उत्तर प्रदेश में 33,229 योजनाएं सौर ऊर्जा पर आधारित हैं। इन पर लगभग 900 मेगावाट के सोलर पैनल लगाए गए हैं। केंद्र सरकार ने इस इनोवेशन को बेस्ट प्रेक्टिसेज के रूप में चिह्नित किया है। सौर ऊर्जा आधारित योजनाओं के निर्माण के कारण प्रतिवर्ष लगभग 13 लाख मीट्रिक टन कार्बन डाईऑक्साइड का उत्सर्जन कम होगा। बैठक में जलशक्ति मंत्री स्वतंत्र देव सिंह, राज्यमंत्री रामकेश निषाद आदि मौजूद रहे।
