पाकिस्तान में बलूचिस्तान को मिला देश का पहला एस्ट्रो टर्फ क्रिकेट स्टेडियम

 पाकिस्तान में खेलों को लेकर सुविधाओं की समस्या को लेकर जद्दोजहद किसी से छिपी नहीं हैं. इन सबके बीच पाकिस्तान क्रिकेट के लिए एक खुशखबरी आई है. शुक्रवार को पाकिस्तान को एक नया स्टेडियम मिल गया, वह भी एक खास तरह का. पाकिस्तान के बलूचिस्तान प्रांत के चमन में एक नया स्टे़डियम तैयार हुआ है जो पाकिस्तान में कई मायनों में अपने तरह का इकलौता है. 

बलूचिस्तान को इस स्टेडियम की सौगात पाकिस्तानी सेना की दक्षिण कमान के कमांडर लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल आसिम सलीम बाजवा ने उद्घाटन कर अपने देश को दी. यह पाकिस्तान का पहला एस्ट्रो टर्फ क्रिकेट स्टेडियम है. कमांडर ने यहां पहला शॉट खेलकर स्टेडियम का उद्घाटन किया और क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन को स्टेडियम सौंपा. 

इस स्टेडियम में दर्शकों के लिए तीन स्टैंड बनाए गए हैं. उद्धाटन के समय लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल असीम बाजवा ने कहा, बलूचिस्तान की तरक्की का वक्त शुरू हो गया है और कई क्रिकेट स्टार्स जल्द ही इस स्टेडियम में दिखाई देंगे. लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल ने कहा, “हर जगह अमन दिख रहा है.हम जहां भी जाते हैं लोग शिक्षा संस्थान और सड़कों की बात करते हैं.” बाजवा ने आश्वासन दिया कि पाकिस्तान सेना की बलूचिस्तान सरकार का पूरा सहयोग रहेगा जो कि शांति और विकास के लिए देश में हर जगह काम कर रही है. 

उद्धघाटन के बाद  चमन इलेवन और किला अब्दुल्ला इलेवन के बीच एक दोस्ताना मैच भी हुआ. स्टेडियम अभी स्थानीय मैचों के लिए तैयार बताया जा रहा है. 

ऐसा होता है मैदान
एस्ट्रो टर्फ एक क्रत्रिम सतह का मैदान होता है जिसमें सिंथेटिक घास होती है, जो कि प्राकृतिक घास की तरह ही होती है, लेकिन इसमें निर्माण और रखरखाव की लागत परंपरागत घास के मौदानों के मुकाबले कम होती है. इसकी उम्र भी ज्यादा होती है. इस स्टेडियम के अलावा पाकिस्तान में देश का सबसे बड़ा स्टेडियम रफी क्रिकेट स्टेडियम भी करांची में बनाया जा रहा है. अभी करांची में करांची नेशनल स्टेडियम है जिसमें अंतराराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट मैच खेले जाते हैं. 

पाकिस्तान में खेलने से कतर रही हैं टीमें
गौरतलब है कि पाकिस्तान क्रिकेट पिछले एक दशक से दुनिया भर की क्रिकेट टीमों की बेरुखी का शिकार है. दुनिया की प्रमुख टीमें सुरक्षा करणों की वजह से पाकिस्तान आकर क्रिकेट खेलने से गुरेज कर रही हैं. हालाकि कुछ टीमें पाकिस्तान आकर क्रिकेट खेल भी चुकी हैं इनमें जिम्बाब्वे, वेस्टइंडीज की टीमें शामिल हैं.  वहीं इस वजह से पाकिस्तान में होने वाले मैच इन दिनों यूएई में ही रहे हैं. इन दिनों आबु धाबी में पाकिस्तान और न्यूजीलैंड के बीच तीन टेस्ट मैचों की सीरीज चल रही है. इससे पहले ऑस्ट्रिलिया ने भी यहां पाकिस्तान दौरा किया था.
