बांदा : 30 बैलगाड़ियों पर सवार तकरीबन डेढ़ सौ बाराती। सभी के सिर पर एक ही रंग की पगड़ी और पारंपरिक परिधान धोती-कुर्ता। काफिले की अगुवाई करते आगे चल रहे चार घोड़े। सभी 60 बैलों के सींगों में हरे रंग की पट्टी बंधी हुई है। सिर पर पगड़ी पहने बारातियों समेत तमाम महिलाएं नाच-गाना करते चले जा रहे हैं। सेहरा सजाए दूल्हा भी किसी लक्जरी चौपहिया की बजाय इसी काफिले में आगे चल रही बैलगाड़ी पर सवार है….वैसे तो इस तरह के दृश्य 90 के दशक में आम तौर पर देखने को मिल जाते थे, लेकिन सोमवार को बांदा के बबेरू में शादी के लिए जा रही इस बारात को देख हर कोई आश्चर्य में पड़ गया।
काफिले ने तकरीबन 14 किलोमीटर का सफर बैलगाड़ियों पर ही तय किया और जनवास पहुंचा। अगल-बगल से निकलने वाले वाहनों के पहिये भी थोड़ी देर के लिए थम रहे थे। कोई उतरकर सेल्फी लेता रहा तो कोई वीडियो बनाता रहा। शाम होते-होते अलग-अलग सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफार्म पर इस अनोखी बारात के फोटो-वीडियो चर्चा का विषय बने रहे।
