भोजपुर जिले के नवादा थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत बहिरो लख के बगल से मंगलवार की सुबह एक अधेड़ व्यक्ति का शव बरामद होने से इलाके में सनसनी फैल गई। मृतक की पहचान नवादा थाना क्षेत्र के गोढना रोड गोरिया बाबा निवासी 50 वर्षीय शिवजी यादव के रूप में हुई है। बताया जा रहा है कि शिवजी यादव घर के पास ही खटाल बनाकर रहते थे।
परिजनों के अनुसार, मृतक का पड़ोस के ही कुछ लोगों से जमीनी विवाद चल रहा था। मृतक के बेटे ने बताया कि सोमवार की रात करीब 11 बजे तक उसके पिता विवादित जमीन से जुड़े व्यक्ति के साथ थे। इस दौरान दोनों की बातचीत सीसीटीवी कैमरे में भी कैद हुई है। लेकिन उसके बाद शिवजी यादव घर नहीं लौटे। सुबह उनकी लाश बहिरो लख के समीप संदिग्ध हालत में पड़ी मिली।
परिजनों का आरोप है कि जमीनी विवाद के चलते विरोधियों ने शिवजी यादव की धारदार हथियार से मारकर हत्या कर दी गई और शव को फेंक दिया। घटना की सूचना मिलते ही नवादा थाना पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और शव को कब्जे में लेकर आरा सदर अस्पताल में कराया गया है। फिलहाल पुलिस पूरे मामले की जांच में जुट गई है और सीसीटीवी फुटेज खंगाला जा रहा है ताकि मौत की असली वजह का खुलासा हो सके।
