बिहार के उपमुख्यमंत्री सम्राट चौधरी ने मुजफ्फरपुर जिले के बेला औद्योगिक क्षेत्र, फेज-2 में M/s Gogreen Apparel Limited द्वारा 55 लाख पीस प्रति वर्ष क्षमता वाली रेडिमेड गारमेंट्स इकाई स्थापित करने के लिए 2,336.22 लाख रुपये (23.36 करोड़ रुपये) निजी पूंजी निवेश पर वित्तीय प्रोत्साहन मंजूरी देने की घोषणा की है।
उपमुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि कंपनी को इकाई की स्थापना से पहले सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज जैसे भूमि संबंधी कागजात, परियोजना प्रतिवेदन, बैंक एप्रेज़ल रिपोर्ट और बैंक ऋण स्वीकृति पत्र प्रस्तुत करने की शर्त रखी गई थी। इन सभी शर्तों को पूरा करने के बाद ही यह मंजूरी प्रदान की गई है। उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि प्रोत्साहन वितरण के समय वास्तविक परियोजना व्यय के आधार पर अनुदान की गणना की जाएगी।
सम्राट चौधरी ने बताया कि यह इकाई टेक्सटाइल और लेदर क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत आती है और राज्य सरकार की उच्च प्राथमिकता सूची में शामिल है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह कदम बिहार में औद्योगिक निवेश को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में अहम साबित होगा।
उपमुख्यमंत्री ने आगे कहा कि नीतीश कुमार के नेतृत्व वाली एनडीए सरकार उद्योगों को बढ़ावा देकर रोजगार के अवसर पैदा करने और राज्य की आर्थिक मजबूती सुनिश्चित करने के लिए लगातार प्रयास कर रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि बिहार में हाल ही में नई औद्योगिक नीति 2025 को मंजूरी दी गई है, और रेडिमेड गारमेंट्स इकाई के लिए वित्तीय प्रोत्साहन क्लियरेंस इसकी दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। सम्राट चौधरी ने आश्वस्त किया कि इस तरह के निवेश से राज्य में रोजगार के नए अवसर पैदा होंगे और बिहार औद्योगिक विकास की नई दिशा की ओर बढ़ेगा।
