नई दिल्ली ( शाश्वत तिवारी)। विदेश मंत्रालय (एमईए) और ऑब्जर्वर रिसर्च फाउंडेशन (ओआरएफ) के सहयोग से आयोजित रायसीना डायलॉग के सातवें संस्करण के दूसरे दिन यानी मंगलवार को विदेश राज्य मंत्री वी. मुरलीधरन ने एक सत्र को संबोधित किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में तैयार भारत की विदेश नीति के नए दृष्टिकोणों पर प्रकाश डाला।

अपने संबोधन में विदेश राज्य मंत्री मुरलीधरन ने कहा अब देश के दूरदराज इलाकों के नागरिक राजनयिक विकास में रुचि रखते हैं। भारत के गांवों, मोहल्लों और गलियों में विदेश नीति के मुद्दों पर बहस हो रही है। हम स्थानीय मुद्दों को वैश्विक स्तर प्रस्तुत करने में सक्षम हुए हैं। लोगों की पसंद, विचार और आकांक्षाओं को आज सुना जा रहा है। दूसरे शब्दों में कहें तो अब विदेश नीति निर्माण नीचे से ऊपर के दृष्टिकोण के साथ संचालित हो रही है।
विदेश राज्य मंत्री ने कहा- आज भारतीय विदेश नीति स्वास्थ्य, प्रौद्योगिकी, जलवायु परिवर्तन और अर्थशास्त्र पर केंद्रित है।
विदेश राज्य मंत्री मुरलीधरन ने बताया कि आज भारतीय विदेश नीति स्वास्थ्य, प्रौद्योगिकी, जलवायु परिवर्तन और अर्थशास्त्र पर केंद्रित है, जो भारत के आम नागरिकों के मुद्दों पर आधारित है। उन्होंने कहा लगातार बढ़ते वैश्विक एवं क्षेत्रिय उत्तरदायित्व के बीच भी, अपनी जमीन पर विकास को प्राथमिकता देना भारत की नीतियों में हमेशा की तरह समाहित रहेगा।
उन्होंने समकालीन वैश्विक व्यवस्था में भारत की बदलती विदेश नीति को बताने वाले प्रासंगिक बिंदुओं को रेखांकित किया। जिसमें महामारी के दौरान भारत द्वारा विभिन्न देशों को भेजे गए कोविड-19 रोधी टीके, चिकित्सा आपूर्ति और यूक्रेन संकट के दौरान भारतीय लोगों को स्वदेश वापस लाने के लिए प्रदान की गई मदद भी शामिल थी।
विदेश राज्य मंत्री ने कहा, इस प्रकार वर्तमान सरकार यह सुनिश्चित कर रही है कि भारतीय विदेश नीति के मूल सिद्धांतों को बरकरार रखा जाए, जबकि यह समझते हुए कि आज के बदलते समय में हमारे लोगों और राष्ट्रीय प्राथमिकताओं पर ध्यान देने वाली एक सतत बदलती विदेश नीति की आवश्यकता है।
