लखनऊ। गोमतीनगर पुलिस ने मसायर ग्रुप के निदेशक आशुतोष कुमार त्रिपाठी को गिरफ्तार किया है। उनके खिलाफ निवेश पर मुनाफे का झांसा देते हुए करोड़ों रुपए की धोखाधड़ी का आरोप है। आशुतोष व उसके साथियों के खिलाफ गोमतीनगर कोतवाली में गैंगस्टर एक्ट की धारा में मुकदमा दर्ज है।
एडीसीपी पूर्वी सै. अली अब्बास के मुताबिक कुशीनगर निवासी आशुतोष को सहारा हॉस्पिटल के पास से पकड़ा गया। आरोपी ने मसायर ग्रुप के नाम से फर्म बनाई थी। हर्बल प्रोडक्ट स्कीम में निवेश करने पर 24 माह में रुपए दोगुने करने का झांसा देते हुए सैकड़ों निवेशकों से धोखाधड़ी की गई थी। इंस्पेक्टर दिनेश चन्द्र मिश्र के मुताबिक आशुतोष के साथ गोण्डा निवासी धर्मेंद्र प्रजापति, देवरिया निवासी रतन चंद्र द्विवेदी, इन्दिरानगर निवासी राकेश गुप्ता, अम्बेडकरनगर निवासी जय प्रकाश और झारखंड निवासी अभिनव कुमार सिंह भी शामिल थे। जिन्हें अगस्त 2021 में गिरफ्तार किया जा चुका है। वहीं, आशुतोष फरार चल रहा था।
