महाकुंभ 2025 के दौरान कोई भी श्रद्धालु नहीं सोएगा भूखा, मुफ्त राशन उपलब्ध कराएगी योगी सरकार

प्रयागराज। प्रयागराज में होने जा रहे महाकुंभ 2025 के दौरान यहां आने वाला कोई भी श्रद्धालु, कल्पवासी भूखे पेट नहीं सोएगा। योगी सरकार की ओर से इसके लिए मेला क्षेत्र में व्यापक तैयारियां की गई हैं। पूरे मेला क्षेत्र में श्रद्धालुओं के लिए भंडारों का तो आयोजन किया ही जाएगा, साथ ही उन्हें मुफ्त राशन की सुविधा का भी लाभ मिलेगा। कई-कई दिनों तक महाकुंभ में रहने वाले कल्पवासियों और श्रद्धालुओं के राशन कार्ड बनाए जाएंगे और उन्हें राशन की सुविधा प्राप्त होगी। पहले से राशन कार्ड धारण करने वालों को भी राशन कार्ड दिखाने पर राशन प्रदान किया जाएगा।

इसके लिए खाद्य एवं रसद विभाग द्वारा पूरे मेला क्षेत्र के सभी सेक्टर्स में कुल 160 उचित दर वाली राशन की दुकानों की स्थापना की जाएगी, जहां से दो बार (जनवरी-फरवरी) में राशन प्रदान किया जाएगा। राशन के भंडारण के लिए 5 गोदाम भी स्थापित होंगे। इस पूरी परियोजना पर 43 करोड़ से ज्यादा की धनराशि खर्च की जाएगी।

एडीएम मेला, विवेक चतुर्वेदी के अनुसार महाकुंभ के दौरान कई ऐसे श्रद्धालु आते हैं, जो कई-कई दिनों तक मेला में प्रवास करते हैं। इन्हें कल्पवासी कहा जाता है। ये अपना भोजन स्वयं पकाते हैं। इनकी सुविधा के लिए खाद्य एवं रसद विभाग की ओर से पूरे मेला क्षेत्र के सभी सेक्टर्स में उचित दर वाली कुल 160 राशन की दुकानें स्थापित की जा रही हैं। जहां न सिर्फ इनका राशन कार्ड बनाया जाएगा, बल्कि इन्हें राशन की सुविधा भी प्रदान की जाएगी। जिनके पास पहले से ही राशन कार्ड है, उन्हें भी सुविधा प्राप्त होगी। यह सुविधा दो बार यानी जनवरी और फरवरी 2025 में उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। राशन की कमी न हो, इसके लिए मेला क्षेत्र के अंदर ही 5 गोडाउन भी स्थापित किए जा रहे हैं।

परियोजना के अनुसार कल्पवासियों एवं श्रद्धालुओं को खाद्यान्न, चीनी एवं रसोई गैस उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे। एलपीजी सिलेंडरों की बिक्री के लिए अलग से आउटलेट्स लगाए जाएंगे। 10 लाख स्थायी आबादी के अतिरिक्त अस्थायी आबादी के भोजन के लिए भंडारों का आयोजन किया जाएगा, जहां प्रतिदिन राशन की आपूर्ति की जाएगी। एक अनुमान के अनुसार, दो माह में तकरीबन 2 लाख राशन कार्ड की आवश्यकता होगी। खास बात ये भी होगी कि इस सुविधा का लाभ बड़े अखाड़ों और शिविरों में रहने वाले श्रद्धालुओं और कल्पवासियों को भी मिलेगा।

परियोजना के तहत राशन कार्ड धारक को 3 किलो प्रति व्यक्ति के हिसाब से गेहूं/आटा प्रदान किया जाता है, जबकि प्रति व्यक्ति 2 किलो चावल (फोर्टिफाइड) की आपूर्ति होगी। इसी तरह 2 किलो चीनी (प्रति व्यक्ति), 2 लीटर मिट्टी का तेल (प्रति राशन कार्ड) और एक घरेलू गैस कनेक्शन प्रदान किया जाता है। साथ ही, गैस कनेक्शन को एक बार रीफिल कराने की भी सुविधा मिल सकती है।
