प्रयागराज- 23 नवंबर । महाकुम्भ 2025 को सीएम योगी के विजन के मुताबिक स्वच्छ और स्वस्थ महाकुम्भ बनाने का मिशन रखा गया है। महाकुम्भ से स्वच्छता और ग्रीन महाकुम्भ का संदेश पूरे विश्व में प्रसारित करना है। इस दिशा में मेला प्राधिकरण प्रयागराज जहां एक ओर 1.5 लाख शौचालय स्थापित कर रहा हैं तो वही दूसरी ओर दस हजार से अधिक स्वच्छताकर्मी पूरे मेले के दौरान कार्यरत रहेंगे। सीएम योगी की पहल पर महाकुम्भ के स्वच्छताकर्मियों के स्वास्थ्य और जीवन सुरक्षा के लिए स्वच्छता मित्र सुरक्षा बीमा योजना लागू की गई है। जिसके तहत महाकुम्भ में संलग्न सभी स्वच्छताकर्मियों और नाविकों को 2 लाख रुपए की जीवन बीमा योजना से जोड़ा जाएगा। योजना का शुभारंभ मुख्यमंत्री आदित्यनाथ अपने हाथों से स्वच्छताकर्मियों को स्वच्छता मित्र बीमा योजना का सार्टिफिकेट दे कर करेंगे।

महाकुम्भ 2025 के दिव्य-भव्य आयोजन में स्वच्छता और स्वास्थ्य की ओर विशेष ध्यान दिया जा रहा है। इसके साथ ही स्वच्छता कार्यों में जुटे सफाईकर्मियों का भी खास ध्यान रखा गया है। महाकुम्भ में स्वच्छ कुम्भ कोष के माध्यम से स्वच्छताकर्मियों के बच्चों के लिए मेला क्षेत्र में प्राथमिक विद्यालय चलाया जा रहा है। साथ ही पहली बार महाकुम्भ में संलग्न स्वच्छताकर्मियों और नाविकों को स्वच्छता मित्र सुरक्षा बीमा योजना का लाभ दिया जाएगा। कुम्भ मेला विशेष कार्यकारी अधिकारी आकांक्षा राणा ने बताया कि महाकुम्भ में कार्यरत सभी स्वच्छताकर्मियों और नाविकों को 2 लाख रूपये की सुरक्षा बीमा योजना का लाभ दिया जाएगा। जिसके प्रीमियम की राशि स्वच्छ कुम्भ कोष से दी जाएगी, जिसकी बीमा अवधि 6 वर्ष के लिए है।
