महाकुंभ : मौनी अमावस्या पर भीड़ प्रबंधन के लिए रेलवे ने बनाया स्पेशल प्लान

महाकुंभ नगर। तीर्थराज प्रयागराज में महाकुंभ 2025 का आयोजन दिव्य और भव्य तरीके से हो रहा है। देशभर से लाखों, करोड़ों की संख्या में श्रद्धालु प्रतिदिन त्रिवेणी संगम में स्नान करने प्रयागराज आ रहे हैं। महाकुंभ का सबसे बड़ा अमृत स्नान 29 जनवरी, मौनी अमावस्या की तिथि पर किया जाएगा। इस दिन 10 करोड़ से अधिक श्रद्धालुओं के पवित्र संगम में स्नान करने का अनुमान है।
मौनी अमावस्या के दिन महाकुंभ में आने-जाने वाले करोड़ों श्रद्धालुओं के भीड़ प्रबंधन के लिए प्रयागराज रेल मंडल ने स्पेशल प्लान बनाया है। इसके लिए रेलवे स्टेशन के बाहर खुसरो बाग में अतिरिक्त होल्डिंग एरिया और मॉब चैनलाइजेशन के लिए आरपीएफ और सिविल पुलिस ने मिलकर योजना तैयार कर ली गई है।
महाकुंभ के दिव्य और भव्य आयोजन को देखकर भारी संख्या में श्रद्धालु प्रयागराज आ रहे हैं। मकर संक्रांति के पर्व पर 3.5 करोड़ श्रद्धालुओं ने पवित्र संगम में स्नान किया। महाकुंभ के सबसे बड़े पर्व मौनी अमावस्या पर 10 करोड़ श्रद्धालुओं का त्रिवेणी संगम में अमृत स्नान करने का अनुमान है। श्रद्धालुओं की भारी भीड़ को देखते हुए मेला और रेलवे प्रशासन ने पुख्ता इंतजाम किए हैं।
प्रयागराज रेल मंडल के सीनियर पीआरओ अमित मालवीय ने बताया कि मौनी अमावस्या तिथि पर भीड़ प्रबंधन के लिए प्रयागराज रेलवे ने स्पेशल प्लान तैयार किया है। श्रद्धालुओं की भीड़ को मैनेज करने और उनके विश्राम के लिए स्टेशन परिसर से बाहर खुसरो बाग में होल्डिंग एरिया तैयार कर लिया गया है, जिसमें 1 लाख से अधिक श्रद्धालुओं को एक बार में ठहराया जा सकेगा। खुसरो बाग होल्डिंग एरिया के अतिरिक्त आरपीएफ और सिविल पुलिस ने मिलकर मौनी अमावस्या के दिन मॉब चैनलाइजेशन के लिए विशेष योजना बनाई है।
सीनियर पीआरओ ने बताया कि मेले से लौटने वाले श्रद्धालुओं को स्टेशन परिसर में आने से पहले रूट डायवर्ट करके खुसरो बाग होल्डिंग एरिया में ठहराया जाएगा। यहां से यात्रियों को उनके गंतव्य स्टेशन की दिशावार रेलवे स्टेशन में बने कलर कोडेड आश्रय स्थलों में पहुंचाया जाएगा। जहां से यात्रियों को कलर कोडेड टिकटों के माध्यम से उनके गंतव्य स्टेशन की ट्रेनों तक पहुंचाया जाएगा, ताकि बिना भगदड़ और भ्रम के यात्रियों को सही ट्रेन से उनके गंतव्य स्टेशनों तक रवाना किया जा सके। स्टेशन परिसर के बाहर अतिरिक्त होल्डिंग एरिया निर्माण इसलिए ही किया गया है कि भीड़ के अतिरिक्त दबाव को स्टेशन परिसर के बाहर ही मैनेज किया जा सके।
