नई दिल्ली। बुधवार को जारी एक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार लाइफ साइंस (फार्मास्युटिकल और मेडिकल टेक्नोलॉजी) और हाई-टेक कंपनियों (सेमीकंडक्टर, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण और अन्य उत्पादन कंपनियां) के अधिकतर लीडर का मानना है कि 2025 में एआई से उनकी कंपनियों के राजस्व प्रबंधन को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

राजस्व प्रबंधन समाधान प्रदाता मॉडल एन की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, 87 प्रतिशत इंडस्ट्री लीडर अपने राजस्व प्रबंधन को स्वचालित (ऑटोमेटेड) करने की ओर बढ़ रहे हैं, लेकिन लगभग 60 प्रतिशत अभी भी कई अलग-अलग समाधानों पर निर्भर हैं। इसके अलावा, 62 प्रतिशत कंपनियां जनरेटिव एआई का उपयोग या उसकी योजना बना रही हैं, ताकि सौदों का विश्लेषण, प्रक्रियाओं का स्वचालन और भविष्य की संभावनाओं का पूर्वानुमान लगाया जा सके।

जिन कंपनियों में 10,000 से अधिक कर्मचारी हैं, वे छोटे संगठनों की तुलना में 51 प्रतिशत अधिक एकीकृत राजस्व प्रबंधन समाधान अपनाने की संभावना रखती हैं।

मॉडल एन कंपनी के मुख्य उत्पाद अधिकारी सुरेश कन्नन का कहना है कि लाइफ साइंस और हाई-टेक कंपनियां राजस्व संचालन को स्वचालित और बेहतर बनाने के लिए नई तकनीकों का उपयोग कर रही हैं। रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है कि एआई और एकीकृत प्लेटफार्मों को अपनाने से कंपनियां अधिक लाभ कमा सकती हैं, कार्यकुशलता बढ़ा सकती हैं और व्यवसाय को आगे बढ़ा सकती हैं।

रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, मेडिकल टेक्नोलॉजी (मेडटेक) कंपनियों में भी बड़ा बदलाव हो रहा है। 45 प्रतिशत कंपनियों पर स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की कीमत पारदर्शिता नियमों और 40 प्रतिशत पर यूरोपीय संघ के मेडिकल डिवाइस रेगुलेशन (एमडीआर) का प्रभाव पड़ा है। लगभग दो-तिहाई कंपनियों ने एआई और ऑटोमेशन के कारण स्वास्थ्य सेवा संचालन में बदलाव देखे हैं।

हाई-टेक कंपनियां बिक्री और मूल्य निर्धारण में चैनल डेटा का उपयोग बढ़ा रही हैं। 87 प्रतिशत कंपनियां नियमित रूप से इस डेटा का उपयोग कर रही हैं। हाई-टेक उद्योग नई तकनीकों को अपनाने में सबसे आगे है, जहां 74 प्रतिशत कंपनियां जेनएआई को लागू करने की योजना बना रही हैं।

आपूर्ति श्रृंखला में बाधाएं अब भी कंपनियों की रणनीति को प्रभावित कर रही हैं। 53 प्रतिशत कंपनियां नए आपूर्तिकर्ताओं के साथ काम कर रही हैं, 51 प्रतिशत नई तकनीकों को अपना रही हैं और 50 प्रतिशत सस्टेनेबल पहल लागू कर रही हैं।
