राज्यपाल ने आगे कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने बहुआयामी गरीबी का सूचकांक कम करने के उद्देश्य से गरीब कल्याण मिशन प्रारंभ किया है, वहीं युवाओं के समग्र सामाजिक-आर्थिक विकास के उद्देश्य से युवा उन्मुखीकरण की गतिविधियों को समन्वित रूप से एक ही मंच पर लाने के लिए स्वामी विवेकानंद युवा शक्ति मिशन शुरू किया गया है। महिलाओं के समग्र सामाजिक-आर्थिक विकास के उद्देश्य से देवी अहिल्याबाई नारी सशक्तीकरण मिशन की शुरुआत की गई है। इसके अलावा किसान कल्याण मिशन के अंतर्गत प्रदेश की उपज को राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक बनाया जा रहा है।
