सीपीआई समर्थकों का आरोप था कि बिहार सरकार की इस योजना को केंद्रीय मंत्री गिरिराज सिंह अपने स्तर से हाईजैक कर क्रेडिट लेने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। इस पर विधायक सूर्यकांत पासवान ने कहा कि बखरी में अनुमंडलीय अस्पताल की योजना एक साल पहले से स्वीकृत है और इसे पहले ही शिलान्यास करवा लिया जाना चाहिए था। उन्होंने कहा कि यह क्रेडिट लेने का मामला नहीं है, बल्कि जनता की सुविधा बहाल करने का मसला है।
