मुख्य अतिथि उप्र. राज्य परिवर्तन आयोग के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी मनोज कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश को ट्रिलियन डॉलर अर्थव्यवस्था बनाना केवल आंकड़ों का लक्ष्य नहीं, बल्कि ऐसा विकास है जिसका प्रभाव आम नागरिक अपनी रोजमर्रा की जिंदगी में महसूस करें। वर्ष 2017 के बाद किए गए प्रशासनिक और नीतिगत सुधारों का सकारात्मक असर अब राज्य की अर्थव्यवस्था, निवेश और सामाजिक क्षेत्रों में साफ दिखाई देने लगा है। कृषि, उद्योग और सेवा क्षेत्र से ट्रिलियन डॉलर की अर्थव्यवस्था बनेगा उत्तर प्रदेश।
