वेब्ले एंड सियाल ग्रुप के चेयरमैन जॉन ब्राइड और निदेशक मनिंदर सियाल के मुताबिक इसे देश की सबसे बड़ी एम्युनिशन इकाइयों में से एक बनाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। कंपनी ने पहले चरण में करीब 100 करोड़ रुपये निवेश करने की योजना बनाई है, जिसे अगले तीन वर्षों में बढ़ाकर 300 करोड़ रुपये तक ले जाया जाएगा। इस प्लांट में 9×19 मिमी, 5.56×45 मिमी, 7.62×39 मिमी, 7.62×51 मिमी और 12.7 मिमी जैसे रक्षा-ग्रेड गोला-बारूद का उत्पादन 2027 तक शुरू करने का लक्ष्य है।
