CM YUVA योजना के तहत, UPICON ने उद्यमिता को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए कई अहम कदम उठाए हैं। इसके तहत मंडल स्तर पर 17 अनुभवी चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट और वित्तीय विशेषज्ञों को नियुक्त किया जा रहा है जिसमें से 15 मंडल में ये विशेषज्ञ उद्यमियों को उनके व्यवसाय के हर चरण में मार्गदर्शन प्रदान कर रहे हैं। ये विशेषज्ञ न केवल व्यवहार्यता अध्ययन और बाजार विश्लेषण करते हैं, बल्कि विस्तृत परियोजना रिपोर्ट भी तैयार करते हैं, जो उद्यमियों के लिए सफलता का स्पष्ट खाका प्रदान करती है।
उद्यमियों को मिल रही वित्तीय मदद और मार्गदर्शन
योजना के तहत, UPICON प्रमुख बैंकों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर लाभार्थियों को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान कर रहा है। इसके तहत प्रदेश के प्रत्येक जिले में रिटायर्ड बैंकर्स की तैनाती की जा रही है, जो वित्तीय सहायता के लिए लाभार्थी और बैंक के बीच समन्यवय स्थापित कर नए उद्यमियों की सहायता करेंगे। अभी तक 50 जिलों में बैंकर्स की तैनाती कर दी गई है। छोटे व्यवसायों और स्टार्टअप्स के लिए यह योजना एक मजबूत आधारशिला की तरह काम कर रही है। युवा उद्यमियों को उनकी परियोजनाओं के लिए वित्तीय सहायता के साथ-साथ व्यवहारिक और तकनीकी मदद भी दी जा रही है। इसके लिए इन बैंकर्स के पास 300 से अधिक प्रोजेक्ट की प्रोफाइल तैयार है, आगे इसे बढ़ाकर 1000 प्रोजेक्ट प्रोफाइल तैयार करना है।
