मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि निजी क्षेत्र से प्राप्त हो रहे उर्वरक को सहकारी समितियों और अन्य सरकारी माध्यमों से किसानों तक पहुंचाया जाए। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि निजी कंपनियों से मिलने वाली खाद को उचित मूल्य पर किसानों को उपलब्ध कराना आवश्यक है ताकि उनकी फसल उत्पादन प्रक्रिया में कोई बाधा न आए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों से कहा कि वे केंद्र सरकार के साथ प्रभावी समन्वय स्थापित करें और आवश्यकतानुसार उर्वरक की आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने जोर दिया कि केंद्र सरकार के विभागों से नियमित संपर्क बनाए रखा जाए ताकि खाद की उपलब्धता में किसी प्रकार की देरी न हो।
मुख्यमंत्री ने खाद वितरण स्थलों पर किसानों के लिए आवश्यक बुनियादी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि खाद वितरण के दौरान किसानों को उचित लाइन, पानी की व्यवस्था, छाया और बैठने की सुविधा जैसी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जाएं। मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कहा कि वितरण केंद्रों पर अनुशासन बनाए रखा जाए और किसी भी प्रकार की अव्यवस्था से बचा जाए। इसके साथ ही, किसानों के हितों की रक्षा करते हुए पारदर्शी प्रक्रिया अपनाने पर बल दिया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने खाद वितरण प्रक्रिया की निगरानी के लिए एक विशेष तंत्र की स्थापना का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि जिला स्तर पर अधिकारियों की एक टीम बनाई जाए जो वितरण प्रक्रिया पर नजर रखे और नियमित रूप से रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करे। इस तंत्र के माध्यम से यह सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा कि खाद की कालाबाजारी या जमाखोरी न हो। मुख्यमंत्री ने चेतावनी दी कि ऐसे मामलों में दोषी पाए जाने वाले व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
