कोर्ट ने खारिज की थी अग्रिम जमानत याचिका
दिल्ली। कर्नाटक यौन शोषण मामले में फंसे पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री देवेगौड़े के बेटे एचडी रेवन्ना को शनिवार देर शाम कर्नाटक पुलिस की एसआईटी टीम ने गिरफ्तार किया है। बताया जा रहा है कि एसआईटी द्वारा दो बार नोटिस दिए जाने के बाद भी हाजिर नहीं होने पर उनकी गिरफ्तारी की गई। गिरफ्तारी के बचने के लिए रेवन्ना ने अग्रिम जमानत की अर्जी की कोर्ट में दाखिल की थी लेकिन कोर्ट ने उसे खारिज कर दिया था।
जेडीएस नेता प्रज्वल रेवन्ना के पिता एचडी रेवन्ना की गिरफ्तारी के बाद नेताओं की प्रतिक्रियाएं की आने लगी हैं। कांग्रेस के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने कहा है कि ‘जो एक्शन लेना चाहिए वह एसआईटी ले रही है। एसआईटी कानून के तहत कार्य कर रही है, जो कोई गलती करता है उस पर कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए।’
वहीं, कर्नाटक के उपमुख्यमंत्री डी.के. शिवकुमार ने मामले के प्रति अनभिज्ञता जताई है। उन्होंने कहा कि ‘मुझे इसकी जानकारी नहीं है, कानून अपना काम करेगा।’
जबकि कर्नाटक के मुख्यमंत्री सिद्धारमैया ने कहा है- ”हम इसमें हस्तक्षेप नहीं करना चाहते क्योंकि कानून अपना काम करेगा। उन्होंने एक पीड़िता के अपहरण मामले में अग्रिम जमानत के लिए आवेदन किया था लेकिन इसे अस्वीकार कर दिया गया। मैं अपहृत महिला के बारे में नहीं जानता, मैंने अभी तक पुलिस से बात नहीं की है।”
उल्लेखनीय है कि एचडी रेवन्ना के खिलाफ एक महिला के अपहरण के आरोप में गुरुवार को मामला दर्ज किया गया था।बताया जा रहा है कि शिकायतकर्ता महिला कहीं गायब हो गई है। महिला के बेटे की शिकायत पर अपहरण का मामला दर्ज किया गया, जिसने यह आरोप लगाया था कि रेवन्ना के बेटे और हासन लोकसभा सीट से भाजपा-जद(एस) उम्मीदवार प्रज्वल रेवन्ना ने उसकी मां का यौन शोषण किया था।
