ब्रेन ट्यूमर के मामले में स्थिति बिल्कुल अलग होती है। इसमें होने वाला सिरदर्द समय के साथ बढ़ता जाता है और बार-बार होने लगता है। हफ्तों या महीनों तक यह दर्द लगातार बढ़ता है। ट्यूमर का सिरदर्द अक्सर खांसते समय, आगे झुकते समय या सुबह के वक्त और ज्यादा बढ़ जाता है।

इसके साथ-साथ ब्रेन ट्यूमर के मामले में कुछ न्यूरोलॉजिकल बदलाव भी नजर आते हैं, जो लगातार बने रहते हैं, जैसे- हाथ या पैर में लगातार कमजोरी महसूस होना, बैलेंस बनाने में दिक्कत, अचानक दौरे पड़ना, बोलने में या बात करने में परेशानी, याददाश्त कमजोर होना और आंखों की रोशनी कम होना।

डॉक्टर से सलाह कब है जरूरी?
ज्यादातर सिरदर्द ब्रेन ट्यूमर के कारण नहीं होते, इसलिए घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है। हालांकि, अगर आपको अचानक सिरदर्द की समस्या रहने लगी है या सिरदर्द लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है, तो ऐसी स्थिति में डॉक्टर से सलाह लेना जरूरी है। खासतौर से अगर सिरदर्द के साथ ऊपर बताए गए लक्षण भी दिखाई दे रहे हों। समय पर डॉक्टर से जांच करवाना बीमारी को शुरुआती स्टेज में पकड़ने के लिए बेहद जरूरी है।
