सीएम धामी के सभी डीएम को सख्त निर्देश; सरकारी भूमि और शत्रु संपत्तियों से अतिक्रमण तुरंत हटाएं

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सोमवार को खटीमा (कालापुल, नगला तराई) स्थित अपने निजी आवास से प्रदेश के सभी जिलाधिकारियों और वरिष्ठ पुलिस अफसरों के साथ उच्च स्तरीय वर्चुअल बैठक की। इसमें मुख्यमंत्री ने सरकारी भूमि और शत्रु संपत्तियों से अवैध कब्जे तत्काल हटाने के आदेश दिए। सीएम ने भू-कानून का सख्ती से पालन करवाने, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पुख्ता करने और आगामी मानसून की तैयारियों में जुट जाने के भी आदेश दिए। सीएम ने नैनीताल जिले में कैंची धाम बाईपास निर्माण कार्य को अगले माह तक हर हाल में पूरा कराने के निर्देश संबंधित जिलाधिकारी को दिए।

मुख्यमंत्री ने सरकारी भूमि को कब्जामुक्त कराने के अभियान की समीक्षा करते हुए इसमें तेजी लाने के लिए कहा। उन्होंने ग्राम सभाओं में सरकारी भूमि की गहन जांच करने के निर्देश भी दिए। सीएम ने वक्फ संपत्तियों का पूरा ब्योरा उम्मीद पोर्टल पर दर्ज करने, इसकी नियमित समीक्षा और जांच करने के लिए भी कहा। सीएम ने कहा कि भू-कानून का उल्लंघन कर अवैध रूप से खरीदी गई जमीनों की त्वरित जांच की जाए। दोष सिद्ध होने पर ऐसी भूमि को तुरंत सरकारी घोषित किया जाएगा।

मुख्यमंत्री ने राज्य की आंतरिक सुरक्षा और जनसांख्यिकी को सुदृढ़ रखने के लिए पुलिस को दिशा निर्देश दिए। धामी ने कहा कि संदिग्ध गतिविधियों पर प्रभावी निगरानी के लिए पूरे राज्य में सत्यापन अभियान तेज किया जाए। बाहरी राज्यों से आए लोगों के शस्त्र लाइसेंसों की जांच की जाए और आपराधिक पृष्ठभूमि के लोगों को चिह्नित किया जाए। इस दौरान डीएम नितिन सिंह भदौरिया, एसएसपी अजय गणपति भी वहां मौजूद थे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने सख्त हिदायत दी कि प्रदेश में अनावश्यक बिजली कटौती बिल्कुल न की जाए। यदि रखरखाव के लिए कटौती अनिवार्य हो तो स्थानीय स्तर पर जनता को इसकी पूर्व सूचना समय रहते दी जाए।
