तमिलनाडु में मुख्यमंत्री सी. जोसेफ विजय के नेतृत्व वाली तमिलगा वेत्री कड़गम (टीवीके) सरकार का पहला मंत्रिमंडल विस्तार हो गया है। नई सरकार में विजय की टीवीके पार्टी के 21 और सहयोगी दल कांग्रेस के 2 विधायकों ने मंत्री के रूप में शपथ ली।
टीवीके सरकार के बहुमत के लिए महत्वपूर्ण माने जाने वाले दो अहम सहयोगी दल, आईयूएमएल और वीसीके फिलहाल इस कैबिनेट विस्तार का हिस्सा नहीं हैं। दोनों दलों के पास 2-2 विधायक हैं।
एनडीटीवी के अनुसार, IUML और VCK दोनों के लिए कैबिनेट में एक-एक पद आरक्षित रखा गया है, लेकिन उन्होंने अभी तक अपने मंत्रियों के नाम तय नहीं किए हैं। इन दोनों सहयोगी दलों को बाद के चरण में सरकार में शामिल किया जाएगा।
सहयोगियों को सरकार में शामिल होने का न्यौता
टीवीके नेतृत्व लगातार वीसीके, सीपीआई, सीपीएम और आईयूएमएल को औपचारिक रूप से गठबंधन सरकार में शामिल होने के लिए आमंत्रित कर रहा है, जो फिलहाल सरकार को बाहर से समर्थन दे रहे हैं।
तमिलनाडु के लोक निर्माण और खेल मंत्री आधव अर्जुन ने मंगलवार को कहा था कि मुख्यमंत्री ने इस बात को दोहराया है। यह उनकी इच्छा और सपना भी है। हमें अच्छी खबर की उम्मीद है। हम चाहेंगे कि वीसीके प्रमुख थोल तिरुमावलवन भी मंत्रिमंडल में शामिल हों।
सीएम विजय ने 10 मई को 9 मंत्रियों के साथ पद की शपथ ली थी। उनके मंत्रिमंडल में अधिकतम 35 मंत्री हो सकते हैं। आज 23 नए मंत्रियों के शामिल होने से विजय सरकार में मंत्रियों की कुल संख्या 32 हो गई है। ऐसे में वीसीके और आईयूएमएल जैसे सहयोगी दलों के लिए अभी भी 3 पद खाली हैं।

शपथ लेने वाले विधायकों में 21 टीवीके से हैं, जिनमें श्रीनाथ, कमली एस, सी विजयलक्ष्मी, आरवी रंजीतकुमार, विनोद, राजीव, बी राजकुमार, वी गांधीराज, मथन राजा पी, जगदेश्वरी के, राजेश कुमार एस, एम विजय बालाजी, लोगेश तमिलसेल्वन डी, विजय तमिलन पार्थीबन ए, रमेश, पी विश्वनाथन, कुमार आर, थेन्नारासु के, वी संपत कुमार, मोहम्मद फरवास जे, डी सरथकुमार, एन मैरी विल्सन और विग्नेश के शामिल हैं।
